Onboard Placement Deck, Engine & Galley Freshers & Experienced Compliance & Documentation Help

Onboard Placement (Deck, Engine & Galley)

We assist eligible candidates in securing onboard assignments with reputed ship owners and managers, subject to their selection procedures and prevailing vacancies.

  • G.P. Rating, OS, AB and Bosun positions.
  • Engine Room ratings, Wiper, Oiler, Fitter.
  • CCMC, Utility & other galley ranks.
  • Support for different vessel types as per requirement.
Final selection, rank and vessel are always at the sole discretion of the employer / ship manager.

Guidance for Freshers & Trainees

Starting a sea career can be confusing. We guide freshers on suitable courses, eligibility, and realistic career paths before they apply for sponsorships or training berths.

  • Profile assessment based on education & medical fitness.
  • Clarifying course options (G.P. Rating, CCMC, DNS, etc.).
  • Information on sponsorship driven openings where applicable.
  • Awareness about genuine vs. misleading offers.
We do not guarantee sponsorship; we only guide you towards genuine processes and institutes.

Documentation & Compliance Support

Proper documentation is critical before joining a vessel. We help candidates understand the requirements laid down by authorities and companies.

  • Guidance on STCW courses & mandatory certificates.
  • Assistance with passport, C.D.C., medicals and police clearances (as required).
  • Explaining company–specific joining instructions and checklists.
All documents must be authentic; any forged or tampered papers will lead to disqualification.

Openings for Experienced Seafarers

Experienced seafarers looking for better contracts or change of company can register with us, and we may share their profiles with our associated managers for suitable openings.

  • Higher rank opportunities subject to vacancies and client criteria.
  • Preference to candidates with consistent sea–service records.
  • Sharing C.V.s strictly with candidate consent.
Interview calls and shortlisting depend purely on principal / manager requirements.

Shore-Based Marine Profiles

For those planning a shift ashore after relevant sea service, we can guide on possible marine–related shore roles and basic expectations.

  • Intro to roles like operations, crewing, documentation & ship agency.
  • Sharing openings with select partners whenever available.
  • Helping candidates present their sea experience effectively.
Availability of shore jobs is limited and competitive; selection rests with individual companies.

Ethical & Transparent Approach

We follow a transparent and ethical placement approach in line with applicable guidelines for recruitment and placement of seafarers.

  • No false promises of guaranteed jobs or ranks.
  • Clear communication of company terms & conditions.
  • Guidance on rights, responsibilities and conduct onboard.
Candidates are advised to carefully read all joining & contractual documents before signing.
