We assist eligible candidates in securing onboard assignments with reputed ship owners and managers, subject to their selection procedures and prevailing vacancies.

Final selection, rank and vessel are always at the sole discretion of the employer / ship manager.

Guidance for Freshers & Trainees

Starting a sea career can be confusing. We guide freshers on suitable courses, eligibility, and realistic career paths before they apply for sponsorships or training berths.

Documentation & Compliance Support

    On selection, candidates complete medicals, STCW, visas and other joining formalities as per company instructions.

    Sign-On & Ongoing Support

    We coordinate with the employer for sign-on details and support the seafarer for any genuine queries during the contract.
